Tapeadhesives of King Label are of a great variety forcustomers’ specification. This can be classifiedinto PVC electronic tape, OPP over laminating tape,transfer tape, etc. King Label is the specialist onthe production of OPP over laminating tape; sandwichtape and UL approved double-sided tape.
The OPP tape in the market has adrawback of producing huge nuisance due to its highrelease force. Due to the high release force of theOPP tape coupled with its good removability, hugenoises will be produced upon tearing. Anotherproblem lays on the fact that OPP tape will shrinkafter re-rolling which causes the label edges tolift upwards and inwards.
King Label has developed special OPP protective filmwith liner, which can possibly eliminate the abovedrawbacks. With high quality polyester film as theliner, glue surface is made smoother which can beapplied extensively in advanced printing methods.Moreover, as the market demands and stresses on theuniqueness of coated barcode labels for easy barcodeprinting, top coating treatment is an essentialprocess.
